Most businesses are online within 7 business days of us having your logo, a few photos and the basics about what you do. That is the whole list. You do not need to write the words for the site, we do that from a short chat with you and what you already have.

We work on the site over the week and show it to you before it goes live, and once you are happy we switch it on. If we miss the 7 business days, your first month is free.

Pick a plan and subscribe on the pricing page. It takes about two minutes with a card, and there is nothing else to fill in. The same business day, one of us gets in touch to learn about your business, collect your logo and photos, and get a feel for how you want the site to look.

Then we build it, show it to you, and make any changes you want before it goes live. From there you get on with your business and we keep everything running. Whenever you need something changed, just tell us.

We take them over rather than starting again. Your existing Google Business Profile, Facebook page and Instagram profile keep their reviews, followers and history, and they stay in your business name. We just get access, fix what is missing or out of date, and keep them current from then on.

If a listing was set up by someone who has since left, or you have lost the login, we help you get it back. If there is a duplicate listing floating around, we get it removed so customers only ever find the right one.

Not as part of the plan. Get Found sets your Facebook page and Instagram profile up properly, with your logo, photos, hours, services and a link to your site, and keeps those details current whenever something changes. That is enough for someone who looks you up to see an established business, even if nothing new has been posted for a while.

If you want regular posts as well, we offer that as an add-on, priced on how often you want to post. Ask us on the call and we will tell you what makes sense for your business.

The guarantee is for your website: it is live within 7 business days of us having your logo, photos and the basics, or your first month is free. The rest of Get Found is set up alongside it, but some of it runs to other people’s timelines.

Google has to verify a new Business Profile before it shows, and that can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of weeks depending on the method Google chooses. Your business email is set up on the same day, and we schedule the move of your old mail for a time that suits you so nothing gets lost.

That’s fine, we work with whatever you’ve already got. If your domain is registered somewhere else, we can bring it across under your control or just point it at the new site, whichever makes more sense for you. Nothing changes for your customers either way.

If your current email is doing its job, we leave it exactly as it is. If it is not, or you are still using a Gmail address for the business, we can set you up with a professional address on your own domain and move your old mail across.

Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours, always. If you ever leave, it goes with you and we help you move it. Your logo, your photos and your words are yours too, and you can have a copy of them at any time.

The website itself is built and hosted by us and stays live for as long as you are on a plan. That is what keeps the monthly price low. If you ever want to take the site itself elsewhere, you can buy it outright for $999 and we hand over everything and help with the move.

No. On a monthly plan you can leave whenever you like. Just send us a message and we take care of the rest: nothing further is charged, and your site stays live to the end of the month you have paid for.

The yearly plan is paid upfront at a discount. You can still cancel at any time by getting in touch, but it runs to the end of the year you have paid for and the remaining months are not refunded. The full detail is in our terms and conditions.
